There is nothing to like about them This company is worst. Lack of professionalism. All the upper management tries to harras you and tortures alot. They are very greedy in terms of money.

There is no work life balance. The upper management treats everyone as a trash and abuses the employees. Salary is not given on time. HR department people will never help you as they are puppets of the owner and his wife. Lack of communication with staff.

Vidyalankar never pays amount to employees who are on notice period even employees have been served the complete notice period. Even they don't pay for leaves. Vidyalankar classes and publications team doesn't pays for earned leaves after leaving the company even if employees have completed the whole process. They always make employees to beg for their own money. This is the worst scenario for anyone. Please don't join this company. It will break your trust for sure. Salary cycle is very late and pays salary after 20th of month. It's been a year they don't have paid for earned leaves....Read More
