My experience was very, very bad. Job security is awful here. They can terminate you anytime. In that case, they won't give you any remuneration. So, working here and putting effort into this company is a waste of time.

The employers of this company never keep their promises. They told there is extra pay if you work on holidays. I worked on a holiday but they did not pay for that. When I asked they lied and told they have paid. They told there was some error in some other days payment which they would resolve but they never did. Another day I worked for a half day but they deducted my full day's payment. Now they have terminated me and did not paid the whole last month's salary despite of returning all the company-issued belongings in perfect condition. They told they would pay the salary after I return the belongings and also they would pay for the postage. But they never keep their words. The employers of this company are not trustworthy and this company is not worth your time and dedication. My advice is don't join this company, there is no future here. This company's hiring process is a black hole of communication. They dange a lengthy project with a 10 day deadline promising nothing in return. You put your effort in their so-called 'Assignment" only to be met with an abyss of silence. Not a word of acknowledgment, not a hind of feedback. It is crystal clear they are fishing for free labor to bolster their ed-tech platform. They exploit eager candidates, dangling the prospect of job without the decency to provide even a courtesy mail. It's disrespectful and unprofessional. Candidates deserve basic respect. If the assignment does not meet their need or standards have the decency to say so. Don't leave hopeful applications hanging without a shred of closure. This company might have a flashy ed-tech front, but behind the scenes, their hiring process screams disregard and insensitivity.
