Scope for growth in knowledge as an SME works on a multiple projects throughout his time at the company. Personally, I have worked for more than 3 projects and have seen a developed version of myself.

Dislikes

Frequency of projects and shortfalls in allotments leads to unavailability of assignments, and thus we as employees are unable to meet our targets for the day. Only one credited leave per month sometimes becomes disappointing
