The Management lacks leadership skills and treats employees poorly, often making them feel like they are begging for their position. There is no clear vision or direction for the company, and priorities can change at any time, leading to confusion and frustration among the team. The MD is highly unprofessional, even criticizing employees for staying late without understanding the circumstances. The company fails to prioritize employee well-being, offering only basic, outdated facilities. The disparity between the management and production staff is glaring—while the MD and their favorite employees sit in comfortable offices, production staff and managers are work in poorly maintained spaces, often in extremely high temperatures. This unequal treatment creates a toxic atmosphere. Existing employees frequently talk negatively about the company’s culture, and many new hires leave within just two months due to dissatisfaction.
