We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our processes. However, we would like to clarify some inaccuracies in this review. The individual in question was given four months to demonstrate her abilities and was provided with ample support during this time. Unfortunately, despite our efforts, she was unable to meet the expectations required for the role. Additionally, she chose to leave without any prior notice, which was totally unprofessional and against the company policy. We strive to maintain a respectful and supportive work environment for all our employees and take any claims seriously.
