Interacting with students and helping them understand difficult topic using simple examples, experiments and videos to develop their understanding of subject.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance, senior teachers encourage students to contact any teacher at any time even after 10-11pm at night and if any teacher didn't answer at this odd hours they get judged by seniors. There are few teachers who are working there for more than 10 years with almost same salary when they started. Even after thislong they haven't got permanent job in this organisation. Work Details

Generally have 3 hours lectures and 2 hours practicals every day. You are expected to be available for students even after office hours.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have grown as s person while dealing with students. HoD of instrumentation department is very helpful.
