Alternative Saturdays off. Depends on the colleagues you have. HR seems to be the only good thing.

Dislikes

No proper guidance on work. New comers are poorly guided by the team lead and manager and in fact given wrong instructions to create future issues. Extensive hiring happens when there's project deadline ahead and when the project is about to complete it turns into extensive firing of candidates over ridiculous reasons. Poor planningof work, resource and personnel or no planning at all. Anyone can be blamed for anyone's failures and mistakes. Anyone can tamper your work and manhandle confidential documents....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
