You can work here (WFH) for even 2 hours/day. Login any time between 7:00am to 2:00pm.

Paystructure is very poor. Make sure you get a hard-copy of pay structure. As they advertise something else while they communicate something else after you clear your interview (3 rounds) that to verbally. They never provide any joining letter or welcome letter even after 25 -30 days.
It is purely on incentive basis (per call Rs. 4.30). One cannot take more than 16 calls in an hour. Presently call flow is 4 -5 calls per hour. One has go through gruelling 9 - 10 hr./day training for 18 days. You shall be payed for this training stipend of Rs. 2500 after 90 days subect to 200 calls/month (600 in 90 days) and 100hrs. in 90 days.
You also get payed (infra cost/month) Rs. 2000 per month extra if you have 750calls & 100hrs. in a month.
CRM is cluttered, not at all user friendly. They do not provide fully functional CRM to candidates till they directly start interaction with customers.
If you work 8 hrs. from home, (26 days a month) you shall earn around Rs.5,500 - Rs. 6,400/month (with current call flow rate of 4 -5 per hour). Although they promise that call flow shall increase during IPl season, but what about rest of the months.
Team leaders are very rude as if WFH candidates are bonded labourers. They keep on threatening every morning & evening that candidates shall be blocked even for minor mistakes.
