Nothing to like. All the managers and including their seniors, all are very bad in every aspect. Daily and hourly target, including daily meetings in which they expect uss to attend the video call meeting and do our target, daily this meeting happens they scold every doctor for there entertainment ( passing comments irrespective of gender) even in holiday (which they give only one) they expect us to join the meeting if not they scold us. After joining There is no social , personal life . They call even after working time is over. They aspect us to perform the processing without any single mistake as if we are machines and they provide us very low salary. No growth. Too much office politics.... At the interview time they will act so nice. But the reality is all opposite. There is no job security, if we do not complete our hourly target they will deduct our holiday... Even in there app they force us to enter and mention that we have 2 holiday per week but reality is opposite. They espect us to do overtime and they don't give us an overtime incentives nor any benefits. If you are a fresher please do not apply in pre auth department. You will waste your time energy and efforts. Horrible work culture....Read More

They provide a lot of hope and built up which makes you put in a lot of effort but it’s wasted as those who are senior age wise gets the job where as those who are younger in age gets extra work load with promises which are never kept

Hate the work load, no work life balance as shift timings are difficult to make do anything
