I am glad to be a part of the company. We have a decent Leader/Management here at Vibgyor. I would say Vibgyor is a company that cares about its employees provides them decent salary on time and give them other financials benefit. I feel here like home.

Dislikes

The only thing I dislike about the Promotion, working at the same level for a long period makes me feel sad sometimes. However, we are getting two bonuses in a year and getting the appraisal every year but here is the single reason I dislike.
