I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Mylan and Vitris management is good. But middle management in quality (Site management) is not good , not even know how to speak with employees, always demoralizing the employees by saying such kind of hurting words ( leave the offce like that) other than this everything is good.
