No growth for employees who are working as L4 -L7 grade and there no promotion after 8 years and manager level employee not even ready to work in Feid & has no technical knowledge nor management they just taking reports for junior & reporting it to management and some false statements to cover their blunder and to correct themselves no leaves for employees & Over time with out any payment

JSW is one of the finest companies I have admired to work with. It gave me opportunities to learn about the specialisation I have in my Engineering diploma. My colleagues and senior managers are very knowledgeable and supportive, as whatever I know in my field by the help of my seniors. They always thought me as their younger brother.

Not that I know of, I mean for me it’s nothing. I am a very professional and productive person, so even if my seniors, managers put me under pressure or told me something that made me feel uncomfortable at the situation, I never felt bad about it as I knew whatever mistake or anything I had done at that time I was being scolded for my work. There are so many salary slab gaps increment and appraisal are not good if your are in jsw then there are partiality for other company employees who has been now became a jsw employee but salary difference is very much between them.
