Nothing simply nothing. Only if you survive one year then there is a chance to promote. Mostly applicable for girls chatu.

Everything. 1. No perticular date for salary. 2. If you join as a support executive then ready to do 12 hours shift per day. Which is included after completing office hours you have to do 1-2 hours WFH as they will provide laptop for this. 3. Seniors are toxic although male seniors are t h a r k i. 4. No work life balance. If you try to complete your work & try to leave office post complete your shift, they'll start humiliate you as they don't have life left to leave. 5. On your off day like Sunday, you have to work from home complete day as well as if you take leave, you have to support from your location. No matter it's a holiday leave or medical leave.
