I like about the vgm is the environment of company all the seniors and juniors have the great bonding and seniors don't talk rudely with juniors and all the seniors are very helpful

Only those are working in Kolkata or South VGM are good but worst life of north India branches.

Dislikes

No one is here to listen your voice. No help from HR. Salary deduction at every level without reason. Your salary based on your revenue earned for the company. Late very late salary date up to 20th of the month for last month salary.

Work Details

I have no words to explain my work life in VGM. Every employee be it a Telecaster or a FOS or a Manager all are working in a scared environment of how much salary they got after month end.

It's a good startup company head quarter in Kolkata. Deals in Collection and recovery. Have many process of Banking and NBFC for collection and recovery. Provide good platform to learn and perform. All the senior management are very helpful to teach you new way of doing collection and recovery. People oriented. Focused towards organization growth at next level. Have less process or very higher bucket collection and recovery. Need more lower bucket processes. Also some call center related processes required.

I am feeling proud to be a part of this organization. Lots of knowledge gained by our seniors which are highly experienced of this industry.
