It is product based company which gives job security as well as good projects in your working environment. It is one of the company where employees could do job for long time.

Dislikes

It is specific to my project not for all organization: same things which are having every where, encouraging the persons who is very close to management without doing nothing, hiring folks in their references and ignoring the others reference. Basically you have to do things with smart act rather than open heart. It helps every where.
