Everything. They recruit for latest technologies and after they definitely put into legacy applications. They wont share the Knowledge transfer or basic information but they want us to become the experts with in short time. All of my team members and friends are facing horrible situations.

Work Details

Its very hectic. They will give requirement by evening and force us to deliver by the night of same day. If you complaint the same thing to your manager, they'll won't support also. They'll say like its your responsibility to deliver the requirement.
