-Field offs management is not a technical person and manipulative person . -Team lunch happens in cafeteria not in hotel as cost cutting - Performing rating but got 6%-7 rating. - No rotation force you to leave job - promotion only to non deserving because they are friend with top management so they will not give bad ratings. -Sr Managers/manager only bothered about rating and politics. - Management will decide your career management or technical?
