Company policies were good. copensation and hikes are better than the so called service based companies

Dislikes

Some Managers in specific teams used to expect us to work on weekend support even for Non Critical issues(although rotational) and this might have been changed after i left.

Overall experience was good with good pay and regular hikes but it below the range of what captive units in India was offering for Full time employees

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
