Sr management especially sivabommaraju and jagannath is very pathetic and they doesn’t have any etiquette to speak in calls. first of all sr management should be replaced so that the politics will come to an end

Ah, Verizon! What a sanskaari organization, truly a shining beacon of corporate slavery! If you’re looking for a job where you can forget what happiness feels like, this is it! The work culture? Bas ekdum shaandar! A master-slave system so perfectly executed that even the British Raj would be jealous. Managers here? Wah wah! Self-proclaimed IIT-IIM level intellectuals who know everything (except basic human decency). Forget giving opinions, because jo bola jaaye, bas wahi karo! Work-life balance? Arey, what balance? Work is life, and life is work! 12-hour shifts with no overtime? Bas Verizon ka pyaar! Who needs a social life when you have deadlines, escalations, and zero appreciation? And sick leave? Arre bhai, yeh toh sirf VIP logon ke liye hai! If you need leave, please provide one-month advance notice—because of course, illnesses send invitations in advance! And if you're sick for more than three days? Only death is considered a valid excuse (aur wo bhi, with manager’s approval). The management style? Bas ekdum Babu culture! If you want to grow, don’t waste time doing good work—learn the fine art of chamchagiri! Want to be in good books? Chai-paani lagao, manager ke jokes pe hasi-masti karo, and you’re all set.
