It feels great to be a part of Veritas. Before joining I was in dilemma as I had to choose between two product companies, and I feel my decision to join Veritas turned absolutely right. Great culture when it comes to work life balance(my manager is extremely supportive), also excellent health well being perks that many people would get at an extra cost. During these covid times, Company is not putting any kind of pressure to be back to office and in fact providing equipments at home to achieve productivity and high performance though i miss going to office and hangouts in canteen. Satisfied with compensation and hikes also....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
