The company uses employees for what ever they want I worked for 8 months and they asked me to work on 6 projects if there was need in another team they will come on weekend thow a document and says to work from Monday. they don't worry about anything, they want you to work like a donkey. If there's a requirement from dev team they will say to work on that also if you say i don't have knowledge on dev they will say to leave company and scolds us saying without knowing why you came to work. Politics are very high if you work for 20 hrs and on weekends also you won't get anything even recognise or compoff. For the people who won't work and do cream will be recognised and gets better hikes. No outing, team lunches if you speak more your name will be there for termination....Read More
