Verint is a great place to be at and to work for. All I can say is a great environment for one to imbibe with, great learnings, great teams where you can collaborate and have fun at the same time. Worst job security. They fires within less span like may be 3 or months of joining. The excuse They give as role reduction. They just recruit first then seek for the requirement. If no requirement then they lay off the candidate on the name of role redundancy. Day and night efforts are not matter at all.
