Poor financial Incentives in comparison to the input given by employees, Discouraging Work Life Balance, Hectic Schedule, Office is closed only for second Saturday's and Sunday however the same is cancelled for most of the months, Low recognition for work done..

It is a good learning platform. The Professionalism of the firm is beyond description. I think it is the best CA firm in dehradun. The firm has different types of work & one can get a lot of work exposure & also have best professionals in town.

Dislikes

The work pressure is too much in the firm as compared to the perks. Further it is very difficult to balance your work life & personal life.

Bad place for interns, you would be doing everything other than accounting, you would made to work on Sundays as well. If you ask them about to learn accounting,they will ignore you.
