They announced less hike last year due to COVID19 as a reason , now last year's hike they are giving effective from next year. Though the company share price have been increased.

Very worst culture . You can survive if u r Seniors pet in the team , even if u don't have any skill set . Too much of politics including branch director in Bangalore .

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
