Promotion or Appraisal is decided by company, not by manager. That means everyone gets same % appraisal, doesn’t matter how u performed through out the year. Worst Management.

Growth is slow. Difficult to move to next promotion even after going above ane beyond expectations due to lack of visibility to upper management.
