Joined Allscripts in a pathetic team, JD was not clear on the day to day task. No training provided you are left on your own to work. Pathetic management too much micro monitoring and interference.

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a use cafeteria and gaming card for chilling company policies or good appraisal or fair and they give you good salary hike and bonus at every year
