I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. Work environment is of typical indian pedhi culture, so you cant expect a big thing.

Dislikes

Seniors never motivate their juniors, they use to exploit literally. They always wants their employees to work in overtime that too without any compensation. No financial growth... This company didn't gave increment since last 3 years, so moral of the employee will never goes up. Those who dont have ambitions and only want job security without financial growth can work here.
