With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Work environment is of typical indian pedhi culture, so you cant expect a big thing.

Dislikes

Seniors never motivate their juniors, they use to exploit literally. They always wants their employees to work in overtime that too without any compensation. No financial growth... This company didn't gave increment since last 3 years, so moral of the employee will never goes up. Those who dont have ambitions and only want job security without financial growth can work here.
