It is a service based company so you get to work on projects from scratch. Thats why it is good for freshers as you can apply and learn new skills.

Working, task assigning, code review these things were not properly structured. I was a database developer and we were 6 in the teams but anyone were working on any task senior or junior. No daily or even weekly team meeting was there. Due to this some of us were not having any proper tasks for days. Code was not used to review regularly therefore inefficient coding. In the evening,when you go to your home You don'ts have to worry about 2 things. First- salary will always be credit on 7th.( One of the best thing). 2nd- it's like a government company. You don't have to worry about job I am working here from last 2 years in sales.

Velocis is firstly growing company. It gives you freedom to drive your own strategy to generate the revenue. They have large no. Of enterprise customer. One floor is dedicated for cafeteria where you can enjoy your lunch. Secondly, not having strict policy especially for sales person if you are performing well. Well reputed and trustworthiness in between OEM.

Dislikes

Getting appraisal and increment is a big challenge here. You need to perform exponentially well to get increment of 15% & above. Incementive is great but in some BU it getting challenging to get incentives on time.
