It is a service based company so you get to work on projects from scratch. Thats why it is good for freshers as you can apply and learn new skills.

Working, task assigning, code review these things were not properly structured. I was a database developer and we were 6 in the teams but anyone were working on any task senior or junior. No daily or even weekly team meeting was there. Due to this some of us were not having any proper tasks for days. Code was not used to review regularly therefore inefficient coding. Nothing its gave me only 3 percent increment every year since 2018.

No one work properly here if u are ugly u get more work and if beautiful u need to spend a night with manger and u get 50 percent hike without work.
