The company is open to new ventures, however the management is too lengthy to take a right decision. The politics involved in higher management affects the employee's mind set during the works time. The management has not taken proper action and blindly believes the false information. I really respect my organization so far I have worked over 5 years. During the period the management keeps changing and every time new policies are implemented without the concern of the employees. Many have been relieved without any intimation from the job The discrimination among the employees have nepotism True skills are not acknowledged Many projects have been rejected before it has been reviewed by the CEO Till now no support for Covid I have received, not sure about others...Read More

Everything in the Institution. It's a complete working environment from morning 7.45 to 5.30. No increment no leave no satisfaction no career growth if you wanna work like a donkey u can ... But there won't any career growth you will stay in the same post until u leave Velammal. You have to work even in government holiday. if it is a rain holiday you have to conduct online class at school.
