I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Teachers those who joined earlier, but less experienced are dominating the latest joined highly experienced as like me. Management is beleives them before the exam results coming. Sending the right and dedicated employeee as like me. After board exam results, they weren't analyse my highest results. Management must believe dedicated employees.
