Nothing is good to like about this organization everything is just messed up don't you dare to join this organization if you don't want to play with your future. I had a terrible experience in this organization everyone is negative mindset in all department . Politics and unwanted things are more highlighted than Quality and important aspects. I am just warning you to think twice before joining.People are just treated like an animals here and the reason is just because this is the veterinary production plant they don't focus on anything just only on dispatching the high quantity in market that's it. HR itself gets changed after every month deu to the policies and politics done by the senior employees over there therefore think that HR gets changed every month so what will be the condition of their policies itself....Read More

As within Last one Year they have Changed 4 ; RBM's in Eastern India. They Don't need RBM but one Mandreck the Magician who will correct there already extremely Spoiled Market of past as within 2-3 Months of Time.Upper Management is Very Harassing in Nature. Worst Pay Master. No.one from the Pet industry wants to join them due to Job insecurity. So now they want to take some one from the Pharma industry again for only next 2-3 Months. However, Veko Care remained open, allegedly due to the HR department ignoring these directives. The HR team seems to believe Veko Care is exempt from these rules, showing selfishness and disregard for employees' rights.
