Honestly, I don't have anything to dislike, my Current employer's makes every effort to empower the people and establish a work atmosphere in which we may accomplish remarkable achievements. But still, if I had to add one dislike, it would be commute, which cost me a little extra time and money.

If you are an a below average guy/gal and want a government job in corporate world, then it is the right place. Otherwise look for another job.

No appreciation for your skills and input. Mangers are good and understanding but management don't care about your inputs. No opportunity for growth as you will not find a single mentor how have industry standard skill and knowledge as the company looks for cheap labour not skilled labours.
