Dislikes

Learning opportunities are less compared to other sectors. Salary is not always very competitive. Work-life balance is not the best, flexibility is less.

It is one of the best product based indian company. You hardly find micro management here. Managers and team members are very open and focused towards product goal.

Dislikes

Health Insurance Coverage should be increased. The option for additional topup by employees should be included.

No appreciation for your skills and input. Mangers are good and understanding but management don't care about your inputs.
