Low salary, way below market standards. They don't have comp off for Saturdays, only for Sundays. And the management force employees to work on Saturdays and not on Sundays. Implementation team is the worst. No documentation of legacy applications and people expect you to provide support to that. They called back employees in officeduring all the covid waves because management could't trust the employees. The senior 'managers' only know how to micromanage and has no technical proficiency at all. The accounts department has a weird way of calculating your salary and always pay 100-200 rs less from the already small package. The whole organization is a career graveyard for someone who aspires to learn and work on latest technologies....Read More

Pretty pathetic I must say, until I gave my resignation papers. They expected you to work on weekends and holidays without giving compensation for it.
