NO Job security - This is major concern in Veeva especially in migration team. I have seen managers removing employees for their personal ego without proper justification. No Ethics - Whatever manager say, you should agree without even questioning. If you start asking questions/raising concerns, they will keep you in red list and will fire you in next cycle.
