Very worst management and they don't even care for the employee. They will ask to do work from morning 6 to evening 9 like that. More than team lead 1 auditor is there her name is mohitha she is the worst one. She is acting for her promotion and showing off in front of TL and manager. And the TL Ragurama chandra he just care her words rather than us because they have good understanding in work she helps in his work. This is soo ridiculous. The department I worked is so worse. I used to work all weekends even 2 sundays for a month, daily I used to work 9 hours excluding break after all this I was not respected enough and the pay was not at all enough. There was no comp off or OT for the extra hours I put in. My advice is that the things I faced may not apply to you as only my department was worse.
