I had high hopes when I joined Veero Metals, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The company culture is riddled with office politics that hinder productivity and morale. Instead of a collaborative work environment, it feels more like a battleground where people are more concerned with advancing their personal agendas than working as a team . Management seems to turn a blind eye to this behavior, which makes the situation even worse. Favoritism runs rampant, and if you’re not part of the ‘in’ crowd, it can be nearly impossible to get your ideas or contributions noticed. Promotions and raises are often given based on who you know, rather than the quality of your work, making it incredibly frustrating for those who are genuinely trying to do their best. There’s also a general lack of transparency. Important decisions are often made behind closed doors without any clear communication, leaving employees in the dark. This creates a sense of distrust among the team and makes it difficult to stay motivated. My experience at Veero Metals has been extremely disappointing due to the toxic culture and the way decisions are made within the department. The company’s environment is dominated by office politics, and there's a clear lack of collaboration across teams. Instead of a culture that encourages teamwork and open communication, the focu s seems to be on favoritism and internal rivalries, which creates a very unpleasant atmosphere. What’s even more frustrating is the way decisions are made by the department manager. Instead of involving the team or seeking feedback, the manager often makes unilateral decisions that affect the entire department without considering the perspectives or expertise of others. This has led to poor planning, miscommunication, and a lack of alignment within the team, ultimately affecting productivity and morale. The department manager also seems to prioritize personal agendas and departmental politics over the success of the company, which leaves employees feeling unheard and unvalued. It’s difficult to stay motivated when you know your contributions won’t be taken into account, and the direction of the team is dictated by one person’s preferences rather than collective input. If you’re considering working here, be prepared for a frustrating work culture and limited opportunities for input in important decisions.
