Why you might not like this company If you are loyal and dislike office politics. if you are not familiar with work place politics. If you do not engage in manipulating other for personal gain. Be ready to show up on weekends to office even if its not necessary. If you get blamed or notified for mistakes that arent yours and are expected to take full responsibility for others errors. If you have a strong heart, then you might be able to survive in this company and weak heart stay away. You should be ready to face the challenges, especially since the management or those addressing management directly may fire or terminate employees based on false allegations without verifying the issue with them first.
