I joined this company with high hopes but my experience has been far from satisfactory. From the moment you join, be prepared for an overwhelming workload. There's a severe lack of support, and essential information to carry out tasks is often not communicated properly. It feels like you are left to figure out things on your own from day one. The working hours are excessively long, with a minimum of 10 hours everyday and no Saturday off. The official phone never stops ringing, making it difficult to maintain work life balance. This was made very clear in the interview, so unless you are willing to dedicate your life to company, think twice before joining. The work here is very basic and not suited for experienced professionals. It might be acceptable for interns and freshers looking to gain some initial experience but for those with prior experience, it's a big no. Initially the treatment from Managers and superiors are commendable. However after few days their true colors show, often manifesting arrogance. You are expected to smile and laugh at their lame jokes constantly, failure to do is interpreted as having attitude problem. Once you catch their negative attention life becomes increasingly difficult, to the point where you dread going to the office. Manager wont hesitate to yell on you on the floor so don't be surprised. I later got to know that many employees have absconded, and this situation that company seems accustomed to. Discussing issues with him HR is futile as they tend to doubt your capabilities and provide no solutions. Instead they bluntly tell you that it's your decision if you want to leave.
