Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. 1. Everyone is working for money so the biggest change can be done is appraisal on yearly basis. 2. Incentive should be added with monthly salary. 3. Annual Paid Leaves are only 15 which i feel should be 25-30. 4. No PF & Bonus.
