Politics, Production manager , DGM floor pe aake chillata hai. Pair se Saman ko Marta hai, officer ko chilla ke bulata hai. Bina kam meeting bula ke chillata hai. Increment usi ke hath me hai dena, isliye wo Increment dhang se nhi deta, bas apne chamcho ko tarif karta firta hai. Owner bhi uska Kuch nhi kerte, kyuki unke pass uski sikayat nhi Jata hai.

He argued that while founders might work 70 hours due to their financial gains, it's unreasonable to expect the same from employees without proportional compensation.
