1. Job security - Zero 2. Politics - Full (Kaam krne waalo ki koi value nahi), agr chaatne waale na ho yha to company bhut jyda growth kr skti thi. 3. No Respectful job, job like a worker, Production Managers (Always shouting loudly on the floor). I think some people are a big cause of the company growth. Worth/toxic environment. 4.Lala type environment. Canteen food is very very bad. 5. Sabse imp No Job security. Job kbhi bhi ja sakti hai, bol denge kal se mat aana, koi notice nahi kuch nhi bs kal se mat aana vo bhi bina kisi galti ke kyuki yha kaam nhi chaatna jruri hai. 6. No any Single activity ex. Games/Get- together kuch bhi nahi sirf kaam kaam kaam. Sunday bhi chala dete hai plant. Sach me dil tut gya esi job se. Viraj sir (Owner) is a good person but agr is type toxic environment rha to company review or culture or kharb hoga. I hope aane waale new staff ke liye koi ache steps liye jaaye.
