A company is formed by the people for the people and to the people, if the people in the management are not good then it impacts the company's reputation, the company's vision and cause is very good, but the work life balance is average, the amount of work done by an L4 or L5 manager/employee is same as done by an L0 and L1 employee but there is difference in the pay structure for the same, where as the other counterparts are earning good amount with 2 days week off, the L0 & L1 employee get alternatie 2days weeks of inspite of working more than their working hours, then how can one have work life balance....Read More

Dislikes

1) Missing a sense of Work life balance, 2) Giving preferences to new employees compare to the old ones, 3) There is not even small tendency to retain employees. 4) Expecting employee to do 2 person's work that too within the given TAT.

Work Details

It was good at the beginning but then later it got deteriorated and took a toll on my health.
