Dislikes

Some higher authorities do not have ethics to speak to the employees. We are not machines have families so they must respect the same mostly to ladies .Otherwise everything is best

I had joined the system with a hope that I would be able to support my family in this difficult time. But it turned out to be entirely different. Firstly didn't receive salary for last 3 months. Secondly , the working environment was very very bad. It was an environment of mental harrasment. Despite the fact that I had seeked out for help several times but no one turned up.

Work Details

I had a terribly bad experience. Working here made me go through depression as I was a victim of mental harrasment. Manager is not at all cooperating.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
