I have worked here for 10bdays for the training section only and during the training section my family is effected with covid .so I left the company and during training different people form different states and good training section by divya madam in the company and there Vedantu employee are called as vedans.they had a different style of teaching and learning.

Dislikes

Timings are more .moreover we have all the companies are xtening there company trimmings during pandemic due to wrkfrm home .

They secure our jobs with best policies and work culture is really good and the management are very friendly with us and they have the best company policies for employees and it is best for freshers and it has good salary package with higher incentives

The only good thing I could on count is HR system where they would respond quickly and also made sure to get the salaries paid on time.

Dislikes

I worked as Academic Counselor there and felt lot of pressurized. The most imbalanced work culture I have been through wherein they did not allow to maintain a very basic work-life balance. The worst part is they ask for recovery amount which they paid as allowances after 6 months you quit the job. No job security or allotted any time to learn for developing skills.

Will not allow you to breathe peacefully either.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
