Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.

There is a lot of internal politics. Promotion and increments are given to employees who are close to Senior management. Performance is not considered for promotion. Non performers who are in good books of their boss are given more importance and quick promotion. Most of the time the superior takes the credit of good job done by their subordinates and no importance is given to real performers. there is nothing that could be liked about only suggestion is join only if you are unemployed and can't do anything of your own.

as I said nothing could be liked about it. No mentorship, no growth opportunity, no work-life balance, no promotion only for higher management you are labour for them. No job satisfaction, no fixed working hrs you would be working in shifts which is pathetic. From 6 in morning to 2 in noon or from 2 in noon to 10 in night and worst 10 in night to 6 in the morning.
