Only infrastructure is good nothing else.

1. No proper working culture 2. Hire and fire employees without giving any reason 3. Work management is poor 4. Policies changes in every 3 months 5. It doesnt matter how good you are they fire you anyway by saying performance issue 6. Lack of technology 7. No work life balance 8. Overpressure everytime and not able to meet deadlines on time 9.
