Working hours are 8:00AM to 5:30PM but to catch the bus we have to wake up around 5 AM atleast and we reach home by 7 PM Company's food is worst Senior manager's who work more than 10 years with VECV , Should be genuine right , VERY WRONG YOU HAVE TO TO DO LOT OF BUTTERING , ASK THEM MULTIPLE TIMES THEN ONLY THEY WILL NOT SHARE FULL INFORMATION ONKY HALF THEY WILL SHARE . Uneven workload for employees of same experience and same department. Operations related departments need to come in all 3 shifts upto DM designation. People working since long plays politics to dominate new talents.
