I reaqlly appreciate the work culture at VDart. My teammate is incredibly supportive and adds to the positive admosphere. Although i used to enjoy the food provided by VDart at the beginning, my preferences have since changed. I genuinely enjoy working with a company like this, especially because they conduct beneficial learning anddevelopment sessions, as well as lunch and learn sessions. Additionally, they have the website with LMS portal that offers various free awareness courses, which I find very helpful....Read More

Here, they show some bias, which i experienced here. For girls, they arrange cab facility and they need to go and pick up their cab on time. However, for boys, there is no cab facility or travel allowance provided. Additionally, we may be expected to extend for some extra hours if we fail to meet our target. Furthermore, our salary is much lowe compared to market norms. Initially this company provide good quality food for dinner and healthy drinks during break time. Howerever, now the quality of the food for dinner is not good and the snacks provided during breaks are not helathy. Here, They show Bias in the work culture which is not fair. For girls, They arrange Cab facilities. Only drop, and not pick up and it also not in on time, However for boys no cab facilities or travel allowance provided. Moreover, we are expected to extend our working hours by 1 to 2 hours if we fall to meet targets. Initially, this company provide good quality food for dinner and healthy drinks for break time. But now the quality, varities of the food for dinner has deteriorated and the snacks provided during breaks are very worst. Employee gross value income is very lower on VDart. Our company salary is significantly lower in compared to the indian market....Read More

Everything is good, but when it comes to food, we can give more importance to that because working night shift, health is more important than all. In recent times, the quality of food has not been good at all. Increasing the food quality may be appreciated.
